This Web site (www.SchoolMoldHelp.org) is the interactive online service operated by The Center for School Mold Help ("SMH"), a 501c3, charitable and educational nonprofit organization on the World Wide Web of the Internet, and consists of information, services, and content provided by the Online Service Provider. "Donator" or "Subscriber" refers to each person who makes a tax deductible donation to SMH and in exchange, receives access to SMH's Premium Content for a limited period of time, as specified at the time the donation is processed.

INFORMATION COLLECTED: SMH collects minimal information to grant  Donator/Subscriber access to SMH Premium Content, which may include name, email address, and username/password creation.

HOW YOUR DONATION IS PROCESSED USING OUR ONLINE "SIGN UP" SYSTEM: At no time does SMH collect any sensitive payment information provided by you to PayPal.  SMH initiates your donation by establishing a unique name, username, password, and email account in order to register Donator as a SMH Subscriber, after which, Donator will securely complete the actual donation using PayPal's online secure system.

NO PAYPAL ACCOUNT REQUIRED: You do not need a PayPal account to complete your donation; however, if you have an active PayPal account, you may use it.  Otherwise, PayPal will prompt you for your payment information, process your donation, complete the funds transfer, and securely notify our web server when your donation has been completed.  Once your donation has been verified, you will be able to view SMH Premium Content reserved for Subscribers only.

DONATIONS TO THE CENTER FOR SCHOOL MOLD HELP ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE 

The Center for School Mold Help has been approved as an Educational 501c3 Public Charity, with contribution deductibility approved by the IRS, with an effective date of exemption of Feb. 11, 2005. Your unrestricted donation will be fully tax deductible, while helping us strengthen the health of America and its children!

Your donation is tax deductible under section 170 of the Internal Revenue Code. We also are qualified to receive tax deductible bequests, devises, transfers or gifts under section 2055, 2106 or 2522 of the Code.

Donations help us to perform outreach to schools and staff experiencing mold problems; provide the most comprehensive school mold website in the world to hundreds of thousands of viewers each year; and helps reduce the amount of chronic health and academic problems caused by mold in our public schools.  The Center for School Mold Help reserves the right to determine how donations shall be spent, in accordance with our exempt purposes and IRS regulations.

REFUNDS

Your tax deductible donation and Subscriber access to SMH Premium Content is not refundable.  Please read our Subscriber Agreement: Disclaimer of Warranty; Limitation of Liabilityand our description of SMH Premium Content prior to making your donation if you are concerned about what subscriber access to SMH's Premium Content includes.
