The Center for School Mold Help has been an all-volunteer organization since 2004.
Sponsored by The Center for School Mold Help, a 501c3, national nonprofit, this website contains over 1275 articles on the topic of mold in schools and mold and health. This includes media and professional articles and landmark reports, with many introductory descriptions. Some of the content has been authored by The Center for School Mold Help and other content has been written by world-class experts in the fields of microbiology, immunology, medicine, indoor air quality or those in the media who have interviewed them. Some articles are based on info from the US EPA, NIOSH, OSHA, and the CDC, teacher unions, and professional organizations. There are very popular sections called Mold Research, About Testing, Sick Building Symptoms, and two FAQ's about school mold mold - one for general info and the other targeted for school administrators. There is a Getting Help section for Parents, Teachers (and other School Staff), and Administrators. Our Resources section lists products, educational materials and services, including consultation information. We also regularly publish notices of important IAQ (Indoor Air Quality) events, and bills or laws that pertain to healthy school environments.
