This might be a solution for schools in hurricane-country and those who wish to prevent mold, too - "... the modular concrete buildings are described as energy efficient, quiet, mold-and-mildew-and-termite resistant, non-combustible and sturdy enough to withstand the winds of a major hurricane (Orlando Sentinel)".

Construction junkies take note:
Royal Concrete Concepts says the public is welcome today to watch it erect in one afternoon a 53,000-square-foot addition to The First Academy, an Orlando-based college-preparatory school.
The event gets under way at 2 p.m. at The First Academy campus, 2667 Bruton Boulevard in south Orlando, just off of Interstate 4 near exit 79.
The classrooms were built at RCC's plant in Okeechobee and transported by truck nearly 95 percent complete, with electrical wiring, plumbing and interior finishes already in place. The modular concrete buildings are described as energy efficient, quiet, mold-and-mildew-and-termite resistant, non-combustible and sturdy enough to withstand the winds of a major hurricane.
It is quite encouraging to read about these structures being mold resistant, in addition to all their other features. To learn more about school mold remediation and prevention, as well as the impact of mold on health, go to www.schoolmoldhelp.org .
