Albertsons Supports SMH as a Community Partner: Link Your Card PDF Print E-mail

Many of you may already know that Albertson's Grocery Stores provides a donation several times a year to The Center for School Mold Help as one of its Community Partners. If you have not already signed up and do shop at Albertsons, please sign up, now (see below)! Automatically, up to 4% of your shopping total will be credited toward our organization.

Shop Albertson's to help us solve the problem of school mold!
 
Attention: Those who live in CA, OR, WA, NV, UT, ID, MT (or have friends or family there):
 
Reminder: If you, your family or friends shop at Albertson's grocery stores in the above states, please designate (and/or have your friends or family designate) SMH to receive Albertson's donations. In this time of fewer donations, we can really use your help. Here's how:
 
To signup online, or by phone, to have Albertson's donate to The Center for School Mold Help, as part of the Albertson's Community Partner Program, with every purchase you (they) make follow these steps:
 
1. New card: Go to the local Albertson's store and get a Preferred Savings card, send in the form that comes with it, filled out with your own name, and contact info.
 
2. At the same time, pick up a Community Partner Supporter Form, fill that out and mail it in (to Albertson's).

3. Online signup (with existing card): go to www.albertsons.com

4. By Phone: Call Albertson's Customer Service 1-877-932-7948 or (1-800-696-6419) to get your existing card linked over the phone with the number on the back of the card (all of them do have this).

Note: The Southeast Albertsons don't allow a CA nonprofit into their similar program.
