IDENTIFICATION CHARACTERISTICS on POTATO DEXTROSE AGAR (PDA)
C. cladosporioides: short conidiophores, lemon-shaped conidia with hila in the short chains; C.herbarum: conidia ellipsoidal-cylindrical with rounded ends, brown, size varied; C.sphaerospermum: conidia round, small, brown with hila (2)
