What will happen if the parents "find out" that mold is in our school? |

The parents will be far more appreciative of support than of avoidance. Open communication and keeping them informed of the steps being taken, timelines involved, etc., can assist them. Identification of sick students and arrangements being made for them to continue their learning and be immediately out of the building to get well are very important to address on a fast-track basis. There will ultimately be fewer problems with both health and liability. Trust will be built within the community, also, a very important consideration.
