Learn what the Conflict of Interest Policy is that Occupational and Environmental Industrial Hygienists who are members of ACGIH are supposed to adhere to.
Find out what the memberships are of any IH conducting testing in your school or buildings, go to the organization's website, and look up the Conflict of Interest policy, see if the IH has signed it and is following it, obtaining a copy, if possible. Conflicts of interest may include financial or any other interest(s) that conflict(s) with unbiased provision of services. (SMH)
