The SchoolMoldHelp.org Web site (the "Site") is operated by The Center for School Mold Help ("SMH"), a 501c3, charitable and educational nonprofit organization. 

SECURITY POLICY: The importance of security for all personal information associated with you is of utmost concern to us. We exercise care in providing secure transmission of your information from your computer to our servers. Personal information collected by the Site is stored in secure operating environments that are not available to the public.

ACCESS TO THE SITE: We do not require personal information to gain access to the Site, however you will not be able to access areas that require registration (Access to Premium Content is reserved for supporters of SMH who receive subscription access for a limited time with their tax deductible donation, called "Subscribers") without disclosing personally identifiable information. 

INFORMATION COLLECTED: Information collected from Subscribers by SMH may include your name and email address.

Donations using our online PayPal secure system will require sensitive payment information through PayPal's secure servers; however, SMH does not have access to any sensitive payment information at any time.  The only information we receive is whether or not the donation was processed and successful, and your contact name and email address.  For more information on donations, please read our Donations Processing Policies.

HOW SMH USES INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU: A Subscriber's information, all or in part, will not be sold or rented to any other party unless required to do so by law.  We recognize the importance of privacy, especially in cases involving mold issues, and make every effort to keep our visitors safe.

Information is strictly used to assist with account questions initiated by you, and no personally identifiable information is released unless required to do so by law.

SMH may also send you periodic emails regarding your subscription status, donation status, and certain communications relating to the web site, such as service announcements, administrative messages, news and information about features, products, and services that SMH is offering.
